Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VoltEquity. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the preliminary engagement for our solar energy services. By accessing this site, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

VoltEquity provides professional Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for solar energy systems. The information provided on this website, including the VoltEquity Energy Optimization Framework™, is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding engineering contract until a formal project agreement is signed.

2. Technical Accuracy & Estimates

  • Yield Projections: Any energy yield estimates or "Slash Your Bill" figures (e.g., transforming a Rs 3200 monthly bill) are based on standard Pune-region irradiance data and specific system architectures. Actual performance may vary based on site-specific shading, maintenance, and utility grid stability.
  • Load Intelligence: Preliminary assessments are based on user-provided data. Final system design requires a physical site audit and technical validation by our engineering team.

3. Regulatory & Utility Compliance

VoltEquity facilitates the application process for MSEDCL (Mahavitaran) net-metering. However, approval timelines and policy changes (such as the 2026 MSEDCL capacity shifts) are governed by state regulatory bodies and are beyond the direct control of VoltEquity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the VoltEquity Energy Optimization Framework™, technical blog reports (e.g., the Pune Solar Yield Report), and proprietary system architecture designs, are the intellectual property of VoltEquity. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these technical methodologies is strictly prohibited.

5. Installation Timelines

While we strive to meet our optimized 4–5 day installation and erection timeline, these schedules are subject to weather conditions, site readiness, and the timely arrival of procured high-tier components.

6. Limitation of Liability

VoltEquity shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from reliance on the general information provided on this website. A formal Performance Assurance Strategy is only guaranteed under a signed Technical Service Agreement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Contact Information

For questions regarding these Terms or to initiate a Technical Consultation, please contact: VoltEquity Engineering Team Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra.

Renewable Energy Terms and Conditions

1. Solar Generation & Environmental Variables

  • Performance Variability: The User acknowledges that solar energy generation is dependent on naturally occurring solar irradiance.
  • Yield Projections: Any projected generation figures provided by VoltEquity, including those in the Pune Solar Yield Report, are estimates based on historical regional data for Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
  • External Factors: Actual system output may be influenced by seasonal weather patterns, cloud cover, atmospheric pollutants, and shading from future neighbouring constructions.

2. Grid Integration & Net-Metering (MSEDCL)

  • Utility Policy: Systems designed for grid-interactive (On-Grid) use are subject to the prevailing policies of MSEDCL (Mahavitaran).
  • Regulatory Changes: Voltequity is not liable for changes in utility billing structures, "banking" charges, or the 2026 MSEDCL capacity approval shifts that may occur after the system design phase.
  • Grid Stability: On-grid systems are designed to automatically shut down during a grid failure (Anti-Islanding) to ensure safety; VoltEquity is not responsible for lost generation during utility outages.

3. Performance Assurance & Maintenance

  • The VoltEquity Energy Optimization Framework™: Full performance yields are predicated on the adherence to the architectural designs and maintenance protocols established during the installation phase.
  • User Maintenance: The owner is responsible for regular cleaning of the PV modules to mitigate the high particulate dust levels common in the PCMC and Chakan industrial belts.
  • Monitoring Access: To provide Performance Assurance, the user must provide a stable internet connection for the system’s data logger/inverter to allow for remote monitoring and technical auditing.

4. Equipment Warranties

  • Manufacturer Terms: Warranties for solar modules, inverters, and mounting structures are provided directly by the respective manufacturers.
  • EPC Warranty: VoltEquity provides a limited warranty on the installation and erection workmanship for a period defined in the final Service Agreement, typically completed within our 4–5 day deployment standard.

5. Safety and Structural Integrity

  • Site Readiness: The user warrants that the installation site (roof or ground) is structurally sound to support the dead load and wind-uplift force of the solar array.
  • Unauthorized Access: VoltEquity is not liable for injuries or system failures resulting from unauthorized personnel accessing the high-voltage DC components or mounting structures.

Note: These terms should be read in conjunction with the standard VoltEquity Terms of Service. By proceeding with a Technical Consultation, the user acknowledges the inherent variables of renewable energy production.
